Leon Terblanche is an International Mediator and Negotiator with Global ADR Network as well as ADR_NETWORK (SA). He is also a senior consultant at CONSENSUS DISPUTE RESOLUTION (Pty) Ltd
He brings vast experience in business management, credit negotiations, company compliance, contract negotiations, mediated settlements in civil matters, mediated settlements, personal injury matters and general alternative dispute resolution to the table.
Having completed numerous academic and training courses in Negotiation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Estate and Trust Practice (UNISA 2019) and other related subjects, Leon is able to grasp the root-problem early in the mediation process which enables the clients to reach an agreement without costly delay. Currently, he is working towards a Master of Laws degree at the Liverpool John Moores University and has successfully completed the course work. Leon's planned thesis will focus strongly on International Mediation.
